Vanilla Muffins

It came out just the way I wanted! With the top cracked open and the edges slightly burnt, insides so soft and raisins so full of flavour, ooh and the house smelt lovely. yay! 

I've been wanting to try out more recipes ever since tweaking the rum and raisin ice cream resulted in a whooping success.

Sunday morning pancakes were lovely. I had mine with nutella and peanut butter while the husband had his with honey. Forgot to take pictures :(

I tried making a pizza yesterday but the dough didn't cook enough and the meat was burnt. Gotta try again. It's been on my mind but I thought I'd try something else first.

Creme Caramel is a favorite dessert among family and friends but I've only ever made the instant one-out of the box. Going to make that from scratch today. So excited.

I've been going to bed with food the last thing on my mind and waking up all ready to try something new. Which reminds me, the fish curry I tried yesterday was a really good attempt. It could get better...
